At the 125th Annual Conference, WSGRTA President Billy Hetherington presents Billy Wallace the "Advocate of the Year Award". Billy serves as the Legislative Director for the Washington Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers. His strong advocacy work has led to gains in the funding of our transportation infrastructure. He worked on advancing the "Move ahead Washington" transportation package and has recently been working with Legislatives on identifying new revenue streams for transportation funding. Thank you Billy for everything you do to ensure our transportation system stays in a state of good repair. (pictured left)
